We all know the fable of the Tortoise and the Hare! But what actually happened? In order to keep his friends from spreading misinformation at Aesop’s Diner, the Hare recounts his infamous race against Tortoise. This time he offers his take on the story, and surprisingly enough, discovers the importance of acceptance, honesty and teamwork!

Developed over the course of two years in collaboration with theater students at Montclair State University, this show premiered in 2023, toured to six schools, and was also performed at a local diner. The script is now available for licensing.
